1.The customer is responsible for all return shipment/freight charges. For product returns that are not a result of a Survivallife.OnlineÖ™ error, you will need ship the item at your own expense. All items should be RETURNED TO:

2. All returned merchandise must be purchased from Survivallife.Online™ and returned within 180 days of date of purchase.

 

 

 

3. To return an item as a result of a Survivallife.Online™ error, please contact our customer support team by phone at 800-968-5102 or by e-mail at support@survivallife.online to receive a merchandise return label.

Please note that we are not able to merchandise return labels for international returns at this time.

 

 

4. If a merchandise return label is provided, the number must be clearly visible on the outside or every returned package. The returned package should include a copy of your receipt for the purchase of the returning product.

 

 

5. No return shipment may exceed 50 lbs. in weight.

6. All consumable items such as water, food, and supplements must be returned in their original unopened condition to receive a full refund.

7. Once the returned merchandise is received, a credit will be issued on the original payment method. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for processing.

8. Survivallife.Online™ Six (6) Month Refund Guarantee is excluded from the following:

Bulk orders, resell items, and Select products sold via ClickBank™.

9. Not sure if the product is a Survivallife.Online™ error, No Problem, give us a call or e-mail and our customer support will be happy to assist you. If it is our product, and you have your receipt, we’ll be happy to create an RMA tag for your return. Be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the carton and include ya copy of your sales receipt.

 

 

3 Year Product Defect Warranty

In addition to our 6 month “any reason” refund guarantee, Survivallife.Online™ also provides a full 3 year product warranty against any product defects. Survivallife.Online™ will replace any item found to be defective with a new product, or similar product. If Survivallife.Online™ doesn’t carry the defective product or something similar to it, you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price. All Survivallife.Online products and customers are covered. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. All you need to do is call Customer Support at 800-968-5102.
